The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a quote, a diagnosis or a guarantee of any specific result. Services, hours and policies may change without notice. Call the shop to confirm anything that matters to your visit.

Estimates and repair orders

You can ask for a written estimate before any repair. Under Florida’s Motor Vehicle Repair Act, you have the right to a written estimate for repairs over $100, and the final bill cannot go beyond that estimate, past the limits the law allows, without your consent. The terms printed on your estimate and repair order govern your repair.

Warranty

Transmissions we rebuild or install are covered by a warranty of 1 year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Coverage, exclusions and the process for making a claim are stated on your repair order. Keep your paperwork, and contact the shop first if you have a problem.

Cancellations and refunds

You may decline or cancel work at any time before you authorize it. If you cancel after authorizing repairs, you are responsible for work already performed and parts already ordered or installed, as stated on your repair order. Diagnostic charges, when they apply, are explained before any work begins. Refunds for completed work are handled through the warranty process above.

Vehicles left at the shop

Please pick up your vehicle promptly once we let you know it is ready. Storage terms for vehicles left after completion are stated on your repair order.
